Robert B is a great sales person from the minute I got in contact with him he did everything he could to make us feel good about our car purchase. We were traveling all the way from Buffalo NY. He made arrangements so that we be picked up from the airport and brought to the dealership. His customer service and knowledge was top tier. He was so knowledgeable, helpful and accessible without being pushy. He worked so hard to get me into the car I wanted and made the whole process quick and painless. He even personally delivered the car to my house to accommodate my busy schedule with 4 kids. The level of professionalism and service at this dealership is truly unmatched!
