My partners, Jeff and Steve, and I have just purchased World VW. I am writing this in an effort to ask you to please “try us again for the first time.”
I am not only an owner, I am also the General Manager of the store. My partner Jeff has been my partner at World Jeep Subaru for the full 26 years. Steve Alfano is not only an owner, but he is also the Service and Parts Director. Steve has been my Service and Parts Director at our other Dealership in Shrewsbury, World Jeep Subaru, for the past 10 years. He did such a phenomenal job in Shrewsbury, making our customers into advocates for us, that we offered him an ownership stake in the Dealership. He has been a Master Mechanic for 25 years, so he is also very hands on. He’s come a far distance from humble beginnings in Brooklyn. Steve is still a Brooklyn Boy at heart, with his roots firmly in Jackson, NJ, where he has lived for many years. We know that Service and Price are the keys to a successful Auto Dealership. We have been the Jeep Dealer in Shrewsbury/Red Bank for the past 26 years, where I have worked the entire time. I have been a Subaru Dealer for the past 10 years. We did not become the largest selling Subaru Dealer in Monmouth and Ocean County by accident. We have the highest customer satisfaction ratings possible, and we intend to bring that same customer appreciation focus to World VW in Neptune.
